BARRIER
The barrier is designed with high quality standards and built expressly to do safety and protection to the driver. Its shape and components make it one of a kind, with its elegant design, but captivating at the same time.
Its dimensions L( 1200 x D 450 × H 500 mm ) make Master Barrier really versatile for track building. As a matter of fact the barrier is individually 1200mm long, and if united with its linking Bumper (Diameter 450mm x Height 500mm) it reaches a total length of 1670mm. Thanks to its conformation it’s possible to superimpose more barriers in order to reach the height of 1500mm, this allows to reach a higher protection in the turns, ideal for motordromes, or to build a station for marshals.
We also offer the possibility to install custom size fireproof padding on the
barriers, to minimise the impact of the driver in case of accident, particularly
recommended for motorcycle circuits.
BUMPER
The Bumper is built with absolute virgin raw material and not recycled, in order to give a higher durability and impact resistance. Its created to link the barriers with each other or it can be used individually to protect really tight sections of the track. It can also be converted in a stool in order to become an interior design element. Its dimensions (D 450mm x H 500 mm and rounded shape allow the barrier to take any kind of spoke, creating unique and complex turns.
PIN
Designed with advanced engineering and built with latest generation materials, it becomes one with the barrier and it’s designed to warp or break only in a moment of maximum stress, in order to absorb the kinetic force and to prevent as much damage as possible to driver and vehicle.
COMPRESSION STRAP
Built with superior quality materials and highly customized elements, its main purpose is to link the barriers with each other in order to spread the kinetic force in case of an accident. Each barrier is linked to the other by the straps and this allows an outstanding versatility when maintenance is required, or to apply modifications to the track layout.
POLYETHYLENE BAND
It’s applied at the base of the barriers and it allows the vehicles to slide on it without hitting directly the barriers. This allows a longer lifespan for the barriers and also of the vehicles. This is vital for indoor tracks.
